Overview

Yuan Talent is an executive search and HR advisory firm working exclusively in aviation — commercial carriers, aerospace manufacturers, business aviation and airport operations. The positioning is stated plainly: "Elevating Aviation Leadership Worldwide", backed by "20 years of HR mastery meets aviation expertise. We build leadership teams that soar."

The Problem

Executive search sells trust, and trust is hard to demonstrate on a website. Every firm in the category claims deep networks, rigorous process and cultural fit — the copy is nearly interchangeable, so a site that leans on those claims disappears into the pack.

The audience is also two audiences with opposite anxieties. Hiring executives want proof of speed and access: how fast can you fill this, and do you know the people I can't reach myself. Senior candidates want discretion: they're often employed, quietly exploring, and will not touch a site that feels like a job board or a lead-capture funnel.

Aviation adds real domain weight on top. A firm that can't distinguish an airport operations leadership hire from a charter network one has no credibility with either. The site has to demonstrate that specificity, not assert it.

The Solution

The strategy was to lead with the one claim competitors can't safely copy: "40% Faster Than Traditional Agencies", with placements delivered "in weeks, not months." A number is falsifiable in a way "extensive network" isn't — which is exactly why it converts.

Aviation specialization is shown through the work rather than stated. The site names the sub-sectors and organization types it serves — manufacturers, charter networks, international airport operators — so a hiring executive recognizes their own situation described accurately, in their vocabulary.

The three service lines are kept distinct so each audience finds its own entry point: Executive Headhunting for senior mandates, Strategic Placement for broader hiring programs, and HR Advisory & Coaching for leadership development — the last being the retained relationship that outlasts any single search.

For candidate discretion, the site deliberately stays a firm's site rather than a job board. There is no open role listing, no application funnel; the path is a direct conversation. That's a conversion cost the positioning is worth paying.

Structure

  1. Hero — the positioning line and the HR-plus-aviation credential.
  2. Services — the three offerings, separated by audience intent.
  3. Value proposition — aviation-first specialization, enterprise HR background, a dedicated expert team with consistent account management, and the 40% speed claim.
  4. Testimonials — client proof, weighted to the sub-sectors the firm most wants more of.
  5. Insights — a blog surface that carries the sector expertise the positioning depends on, and does the long-tail search work.
  6. Contact — direct email and phone alongside the form, because senior candidates and executives generally won't start with a web form.

Technical Notes

Built with Next.js, with Convex as the backend and Drizzle ORM for relational data. OpenAI powers the content and matching workflows behind the scenes — the practical value in search being triage: reducing the time between an inbound profile and a qualified shortlist, which is what the 40% speed claim has to be true because of.

Outcome

The site turns a category of interchangeable claims into a specific, checkable proposition: aviation only, senior only, and measurably faster — with separate paths for the executive who's hiring and the leader who's quietly listening.
